Free Shipping on orders over $200.

Some orders over $150 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.

Orders placed before 2 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day. 

Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta warehouse.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

Insurance:

We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our site. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We, unfortunately, do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays, damages, or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact Route via their mobile app or website.
